i see the case as nothing more than a company smoke screen, as what ever the result will be they will be told to go and do more environmental work.
At the very least on the fact they are to bury more uranium . This was the 100% view in greenland when i was there last here although all also said the project will not go ahead . What i don't see here is people prepared to recognize they have a problem in greenland with not only the govt and of all political parties but the people them self.
It does appear the company itself is aware of this by putting on one of the worlds best eudialyte experts on to the board, It is equally clear that people like nro's ego is against admitting he was wrong again and letting the company move forward on at least an alternative path. After all ASM have been very successful with eudialyte (and for nro go and look at their share price and capex )
