I declare that pursuant to section 104-145 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cth) the Administrators have reasonable grounds to believe that any shares held in P2P are worthless and any financial instruments held in P2P have no value or negligible value.

First time I've seen that so blunt. At least it gets a resolution.
