My view is this project should never be allowed to get up.
If it is not allowed up when it has been funded for years to development stage as a public company, there is no way it should now be allowed up now that significant sunk cost is quietly slipped into private ownership of a former director.
It would absolutely REEK of corruption in the bureaucracy and main stream political parties who would not allow it to proceed under both Lib/Lab oversight at state and federal level.
So... I think it is a given then... it will quietly be given the nod now it is no longer a public asset. The public shareholders were just there to fund it to development stage for the benefit of the eventual private owner.
