    well, market disagrees!
    price 10% above 2.05 offer and rising strongly past few days.
    as i see it they are opportunistically buying into an established project with guaranteed prices and just have to complete on time to collect profit.
    Granted it is in QLD out of their sphere but they signalled a move some time ago and appear to have done well.
