It is objectively scary to this member when someone who invests his own money can't see that the RCPSs are vastly superior vehicles through which to invest in this company than through the ordinary equities; moreover, that this is a fresh investment decision specifically in relation to DCG, with contemplation about other stock choices being totally moot.

Because if you thought there are better investment alternatives than participating in the RCPSs then it makes zero sense for you to continue to own DCG common stock in the first instance.

As for your assertion of "the shares are converted at 20c", that is a wholly misleading statement, because it excludes the very significant value of the >50% guaranteed YTM that accompanies the convertible instrument.
