"Now DCG is trading again the ordinary shares have dropped in very minimal trade and yeah they'll trade at a significant discount to the prefs. That still doesn't necessarily make the prefs great value at 20c. "
Given the massive yield spread of the prefs over the ordinaries, if the prefs aren't considered good value at 20c then the ords were certainly not good value at 16.5c.
Yet you are happy to hold the ords.
Flaky stuff.
"They're raising $20m+ while potentially doubling shares on issue but still only taking the edge off their balance sheet problems. "
You happily owned a stock whose balance sheet was in such a parlous shape that even the current gorilla raising underway, involving 80% dilution will merely "take the edge off" the problems?
Either you didn't know what you were doing before this re-cap exercise, or you don't properly understand the de-risking post the re-cap. Both, probably.
"Back on ignore."
Again? Lol.
That makes it about 6 or 7 times now.
When people place others on ignore because they don't value their contributions, they don't keep reading the posts of those the claim to have on ignore.
