I agree there's a problem with order book on top of the NZ and Solar farm disasters. Only recently the Government announced that Evolve Bayswater Alliance - Coleman Rail were selected for the Bayswater Station as part of Metronet. Previously it was reported that a partnership of Coleman Rail and Decmil were one of 2 jvs shortlisted. Now it appears (unless there's a typo) that Coleman Rail will be forming an alliance with the PTA without Decmil.
