As preferred contractor, suggests that many players are not around to compete any more/or not of the right size.

Blind freddy will make sure their profit margin + extras are well remunerated.

They will have learnt not to take on projects unless the margin is there.

Could be looking at huge turnover/ profits over the next few years.

And they have already pruned dead wood from the company, ie leaner and smarter.
