It's interesting how a $1B announcement has had negligible impact on SP, perhaps the market is starting to wake up. The reference in the announcement to "significant" is very misleading IMO. Besides Manus Island, what have they actually completed for government?
Can anyone confirm if those involved in the well publicised Manus junket are still at Decmil?
