HY equity was 135M incl 75M intangibles
Roughly 33M now with $45M intangibles. Hence negative tangible assets.
The biggest question is whether the other assets are believable. Homeground still listed as an asset I think for 56M+, contract assets appear to be constantly disputed, etc. etc.
They are really on the ropes and it will be a long climb out of the hole they are in. I watch as I am interested in the sector but won't be in these until they produce a better balance sheet.
