In this regard, it would be helpful if CNX gave SH's more of the background information. For instance, is the customer continuing to spend on the infrastructure or has that stopped too.
There has been an ongoing purge of the higher ranks of the Chinese bureaucracy for the last several months and that might be the reason for delay. The recent gas deal with Russia might also be changing equations.
Long term, I can see that UCG will be an important source of energy, especially for China. However, some of the points 'justyn' makes need thinking about. The proof of a continuing deal will be CNX receiving the money it is owed ......
