I know both Tolga and Paul very well. It is my very strong opinion that there was NEVER any conspiracy theory from SYR towards TON. It is almost laughable. TON's demise came about because of poor management. Simple as that. The mistake the TON board made was not acting a lot sooner than they did. It's easy for shareholders to blame the elephant in the room (SYR) but harder to admit it was your own management that caused the demise.
