Yes, it's a sh*t show unfortunately and those shares in lieu of payments for JC shall really be given under escrow: 2 years at least. On a hopeful note, the new director must have seen some potential for value creation, those kind of investments ain't inspired by charitable ideals. Years ago I invested in a small biotech that - similarly to PAB - ended up as a shell, BONE MEDICAL (BNE). It went through a backdoor listing from a Perth based (sound familiar?) new biotech, Botanix BOT, and I actually made all my money back plus some... Hang in there - if you can -, it may all look very different in a year time ....hopefully.
