    Did anyone else know this was occurring? With an optimistic lense, I would say this is good news in a bad situation. At least there is an outcome. We know the outcome, and they have circa $12mil to spend on actually progressing something. Now I guess they can negotiate longer contracts since the legal stuff is now sorted.
