    You are forgetting the D & O policy of PDY, that's where the money will come from.

    Anyone thinking the ASX is liable will find out otherwise.

    The Directors wrote the announcement and authorised it's release, nobody else did that, if they got legal advice saying it met disclosure requirements then join in the lawyers as well.
