I cannot understand why Bleyer and Co. would enter into this agreement in the first place without knowing how capable they are to fulfil their end of the agreement. Unless they were somehow involved with the mass down selling going on in the brief time Padbury traded. Surely ASX must have investigated all the trades during that periods thou.
