    This news is very sad but not unexpected.

    ASX and ASIC should really take a good hard look at themselves and ask this question...

    How did a penny stock announce a (((6BIILION))) funding deal and we missed not asking questions immediately...

    I would say ASIC and ASX were too busy lining up the next golf shot on the 9th hole.
