"Why did not pdy sue these companies like tinkler got sued over placement he did not complete"

May be under tiny, tiny clause it did say PDY needs to put 20% deposit... but somebody in PDY didn't pick that up. Like reading credit card clauses, terms and conditions... who can read that tiny print.

IMHO, PDY can't come up with 20% so PDY terminated the deal (NOT Roland terminates the deal, so unlike Tinkler).
