Ann: Deemed Breach of Listing Rule 10.11, page-2

What a bunch of codswallop..... announcement buried on a Friday afternoon with an inane release about cash balance repeating a release from 4 days ago. No information about the identity of the mysterious "existing IDA shareholder who had subscribed for 600,000 Shortfall Shares in addition to their entitlement under the Offer" and their relationship with the chairman (who is never in fact mentioned by given name or title). I wonder if the ASX ever actually follows up on funds "donated to charity"....really if there is a breach the ASX should put out an announcement themselves so companies cannot obfuscate.
