Regardless of which company we are talking about, there are legal and ethical standards that must be followed by those who are in positions of responsibility. If standards have been compromised, it is important the ASIC and ASX takes appropriate action. If there has been corporate malfeasance causing a loss to shareholders, they need to exercise their rights for compensation.
