By my calcs fully diluted Bearings has a market cap of $75 mil (55 mil shares fully diluted) and we have a market cap at 40 cents of $92 mil (231 mil fully diluted shares).

Bearings have 17% of Maricunga and we have 50%. We will be fully funding to DFS and EAI approval which is covered by the option exercising. After that all partners share all future costs equally according to their shareholding.

Thus based on the Bearings current share price we should be trading at 95 cents ( a market cap of $220 mil).
