Moving to 100% of both Hualian & Colorado V meant issuing shares to the vendors.
I think the big difference compared to PDI is the significant high grade resources at Sanchez, Magnata, Sentazon and elsewhere in the manto. We should know more soon about the potential at Sentazon to host a big high grade resource. Processing ~6g/t Au is a big advantage in terms of lower intial CAPEX, early cash flows, keeping lenders happy etc.
