I don't doubt approvals will come soon. NSW is still a liberal government and rural jobs will get a mine over the line.
End of the day NSW is not mining friendly process because they are slow as hell, major project does little to speed things up and they don't give much indication it just takes forever. But that does not mean NSW opposes mining, they are just slow at approving them. Time to contact the company and ensure the company is held to account on deadlines.
