To augment that analysis: A quick view (still needs work - news is only a few minutes old..) - at $10 NTA (after DTL) could be $1.122 +/- other market changes - given Deepgreen was oversubscribed for cash at $10, then at US$15 - I reckon $1.197 is closer.

My guess is if people think Deepgreen is $10 - stock may trade $1.03-$1.07 - if people think $15 - stock may trade $1.10 - $1.13

Happy for review or comments - Summary - some small downside ($0.02-$0.04?) with Deepgreen at $5-$10 - general very cheap call option over Deepgreen stock upside from US$10....
