Trading under SOAC has not changed much, it remains around $10 which reflects the agreed price of the deal at the moment. I guess if there is some uncertainty around whether the deal may close, the share price might pop once it's overcome that, but I am unsure of any real hurdles that could scuttle the merger at this point.
