my understanding of SPAC's you buy into listed investment vehicle usually at US$10, with a 2 year time limit to find a investment. Once an investment is found, your US$10 gives you a vote if you want to stay with the "new" investment or obtain a full refund. So I guess not everyone was happy with the Deep Green investment or wanted their $10 back.
