    re: Ann: Deepwater rig contracted to drill at... Been doing some more research and it seems Shell isn't the only large player in the area. Otto energy is coupled with BHP reviewing gas/oil in the greater area.

    Seems a lot of heavyweights spending a lot of coin around these finds.
