    I'm no lawyer (leech) but my take on this is that:

    1) JH cannot pursue 'unfair dismissal' for reasons contained in the following Link
    i would assume that for this reason payment of last 3 years wages/salary and re-instatement are also not applicable.

    2) JH could only be re-instated through an EGM in the same way he was removed. This will be way difficult now.

    3) JH seems to have redress through defamation and breach of contract. CTP (shareholders) will likely pay some of these costs if awarded.


    I am sure he has had plenty of legal advice unike a lot on here. He wouldn't be doing this unless he had the ammunition. I just read the thread and have no opinion on the result.
