Karll, the following excerpt from the unfair dismissal link i provided above.
In addition, if the person earns more than $129,300 per year, at least one of the following must apply:
JH was paid $500k pa approx i believe. I suspect that JH was a contractor in any case so also not eligible under the legislation.
- an award covers the person
- an enterprise agreement applies to the person.
regarding unfair dismissal i am not trying to put forward any point of view on my behalf, just stating the facts (and to curb people's desire waste time discussing unfair dismissal).

Maaze, i also assume (and hope) he has appropriate legal advise (as he is owed some redress in my opinion, even though it is going to cost me more money...)
