So the court will likely want to know why the current process isn’t good enough before this goes anywhere. If the issue is that businesses can’t substantiate their losses then… well I’d be surprised if the court took that anywhere. If they can… then it gets more interesting. But the question would still be the by is the current process not good enough.
frankly, I really do not know what kind of case they are putting forward. Got to wait and see for the details. But right now I don’t think there is much to this case.
