The announcement from Tyro does NOT say that 92% of the terminal failure impacted merchants in January opted for the Tyro remediation program.
All it says is that of those merchants who have opted for the Tyro remediation program, 92% have received their full remediation already.
From the announcement today you can not tell how many merchants are joining the class action and how many are joining Tyro remediation program.
However I also don't think that there will be many merchants joining the class action in the end. But it is still important to read the announcements carefully
