Interesting 1st post @Permutation...think you may have more knowledge / information than the average HC poster would know. What motivated you do do that I wonder ?
I would be highly sceptical that any retailer who has been compensated by Tyro to date garner a further benefit through the Class Action.
The release clearly states that Tyro has "settled" with 92% of merchants (ie no further claim) and actively engaging with others. I don't see how any court would see that Tyro is not making sufficient effort to provide fair resolution to any financial loss.
The market shorters clearly taking advantage while some clouds persist. Won't last.
