not sure why Jo you are too concerned about the MEL site. not really what i would call up ramping going on or down for that matter. just about all contributors are share holders unlike many of the other share sites found on HC.
i am always happy to be the man in black so to speak but my posts are hardly full on against other members, against management yes and the company in general but as a founding shareholder i have the right. so does any share holder no matter their time in/holdings but it is best to get an understanding of what you are buying.. hope with a bit of substance and a market that hates the stock.
if the other day caused you panic i can understand but the rule is buy in parcels and look at the reason you hold a stock. if the reason is gone then so should you. i averaged down from 32cents to 10 cents but no more for me. management told me what they expected and that has passed months ago, so now i will wait, if you cant wait then your choice is easy. if a stock like MEL keeps you up at night you need to stop punting and move on.
as for technical buy and sell signals for a penny dreadful? thats the problem with investing these days.. the damn internet, if people want instant return go play the pokies.
in the real world companies take time to build once they have good management and a product. time will tell for MEL but after a few decades it gets my tick for still standing, never thought it would.
