    The next step is the processing agreement for Vali gas with STO. This will remove the last CP on the GSA with AGL and allow the JV to access the dollars.

    I think that is what he means.

    Of course, I may be wrong as the AGL deal only represents about 15% of the gas at Vali and further agreements may be in the offing, but maybe not just yet.
