Looks like management is worried that JB has shareholder vote to be on the board of directors.
Unfortunately AEE is running low on luck as the Uranium price has stayed low & it might be best to have some new shareholder influence or new blood on the board of directors. It is all about confidence.
AEE has potential to turn around. But managing company finances and minimising share dilution during times of slow company progress is a particular concern from investors.
