The WIC programme applies to about 50% of all IF sales in the USA. The Govt negotiates an agreement t with a supplier at an agreed negotiated rate and is sold through retailers.
As A2 Platinium is a premium formula, I suspect mngt would bypass this WIC programme and sell exclusively through their network of retailers with no set price and at their margins.
