They've had pots loads of loot in the bank fo ryears. And other than MVM done absolutely zero with it. No share buy back, when SP was priced low, no special diVidend when shareholders could have done with a bit of cash, no company buyouts when some were going to the wall during covid.
All we get is the patronizing "we know what to do best with your money". Which is having it stuck in a bank account, likely earning less than the rate of inflation
