While im sorry for anyone potentially losing money here, but what your suggesting is in the realms of fantasy.
You would have to question the BOD on their financial reporting obligations and keeping a market informed if there was $70m still owed for shipped spod.
The opportunity to record excess accounts payable was on at least the last 2 5b reports where they held less than 2 quarters cash.
They were happy to report LC’s and Put Option as sources of funds.
