Ann: Deferral of Intergen vendor payments and Appendix 3B, page-5

Wasn't it one of the contributing reasons that Empired gave the ASX for the poor first half figures? Something along the lines of only just got the figures in from our NZ and US subsidiaries (Intergen). The assumption is that they must have been bad (from the subsidiaries) to trigger the trading halt and announcement to the ASX. If they weren't disappointing or bad then Empired would have obviously announced the numbers to the market earlier without waiting until 21st Jan.
