Cannaglobal might be private, but MGC isn't and SH should know how the deal came to be valued.
Suppose you give a trusted friend money to invest for you and he tells you he has bought shares in a shop that just opened. You ask him how come the shop was valued so extremely high and he tells you "I'm sorry, the shop is owned by a successful chain owner, but it's a private company, so you don't need to know". Would you accept that?
