I cannot believe that it has taken IGS from May 2015 when they announced a Heads of Agreement to now Feb 2016 a Definitive Agreement with funding still outstanding.
Lets hope that there is a surprise around the corner which will justify the long wait. Surely a re-rating of the stock should not be too far away?
