This relates to the directors here. David, Brewer, Flegg and Okap's Peter Landua here at IGS.
Shows the history and pattern of behaviour!

Like IGS. Under these same people. BMZ went from silver miner. To announcing a treasure hurt on a ww1 wreck.
ASX put a stop to it and suspended the company. But not before 274m shares where issued under a rights issue to all the mates. (See mu post on BMZ) and 16m of them to Peter Landua. (AS the underwriter)
Brewer has been trying to back door list this Phosphate company for bit.

Mr Jason Brewer, a non-executive Director of the Company (BMZ, IGS), is also Chief Executive Officer of African Phosphate. Subject to the Transaction proceeding, Mr Brewer is defined as a “related party” under Chapter 10 of the ASX Listing Rules.
The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Julian Ford is to be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Mr Steve Brockhurst to be appointed as Company Secretary. Mr Peter Landau, an Executive Director of the Company and Ms Jane Flegg, Company Secretary (Also IGS ) have both advised that they will resign from their positions with the Company as part of the transaction.
