Could be..they seem to be encouraging NSL opening doors for them..making things easier for them..perhaps it is India's way of saying to the world..we are ready and willing to support new businesses that come..most likely eyes will be on NSL progress from different business sectors fortunately for NSL they have placed themselves well and truly in the front position..a smart move by NSL management..looks like their foresight is paying off.
