I'm very happy that Im not a long term holder of CVV and have only been accumulating over the last few months. But you have to give credit where credit is due and CVV is remarkably consistent at missing timelines by 200 - 300%.
For example: (recent examples only) 14 October 2024 - The environmental review document (ERD) will be released in Q1 2025. Its now July and still no signs of this document. 24 April 2025 - Inaugural sustainability reporting is progressing for release in Q2 2025. I dont understand how you can miss a deadline like this? They had 60 days left in the quarter so they weren't making some long term forecast, they were literally measuring this deliverable in days and still got it wrong.
I do wonder if this is a management / leadership / personality issues? While delays are expected, the extent to which they miss their own deadlines is extraordinary. They also do next to zero publicity or presentations.
The ERD is the biggest issue in my mind and im surprised they continue to drag their feet on this one.
Hopefully this quarter we will see at least one of the below delivered. Even if they are all due now or over due. 1. Strategic mine plan 2. Sustainability report 3. Power grid access offer 4. Environmental submission for public review 5. Water licensing update
