A major part of the FEED process was to enhance the processing plant design. The guidance for the completion of the FEED process was for 2nd Qtr CY 2023 which finished end of June. This was according to the March Qtrly activities report.
Given Yantai was to be a contributor to the FEED process and it was anncd in the completed DFS annmnt that it was Yantai that had contributed to the better DFS numbers, one could assume that a major portion of the FEED process has been completed, just not anncd yet.
The March Qtrly also stated that the Environmental License was due in the June Qtr. However ime these r notoriously behind time given that one has to rely on the host countries bureaucracy to sign off on the EL.
As Gimme says tho the other stuff is yet to come. With any kind of luck, or maybe more proactive management, this stuff won’t b far behind.
The biggy is no doubt the finance.
