Well first of all, what revenue? Until we see a figure in a financial statement attributed to a sale of MGC's pharma products it's all just hearsay. Note the announcement MGC made in June 2016 regarding the Californian cosmetics deal, they stated they had received the funds yet it took multiple quarters for any figures to show in their financial statements that amounted to €30000, and we still never received confirmation that any funds were received from C & M CBD Holdings.

It's more about the fact that it seems MGC may have violated their continuous disclosure obligations by not reporting the voiding of the agreement if that is what has occurred.

ASX listing rule 3.1: Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information.
