OK now I'm just getting frustrated, have you read the announcement this thread is based on? Read through it and try and tell me this agreement was for exporting MGC's pharma products to New Zealand again. I'll wait.

I agree with you that we haven't heard anything explicitly stating this distribution agreement has been voided, hence why I think there might be a violation of ASX's continuous disclosure obligations. The writing is on the wall, how can this have been an exclusive distribution agreement for the importation of MGC's pharma products into Australia if there is now two other Australian firms lined up to also import them?

Either the deal is no longer exclusive and shareholders have not been informed, or the deal has been voided and again shareholders have not been informed. Both scenarios constitute a violation of continuous disclosure obligations IMO.
