A fascinating announcement. Essentially it is a heads we win, tails we lose kind of last ditch punt! If DEG hits some good grades while drilling the VMS at Turner River, or Rugby sets the market on fire with their drilling at Wingina Well, then we win and the SP increases enough for a fund raising placement to keep going. If it doesn't, then we hand over most of our share value to a spec fund for 0.001 c per share and walk away without a shirt. As someone once said, better than to burn out than fade away?
Will be interesting to see if it sparks any interest with punters who like the odds. Whatever the outcome, we will know whether we have a nice present by Christmas, or a tax loss by mid next year.
