I see it as guaranteed full scale copper/gold production up to Q3 2022 plus the likelihood of finding more, judging by the recent significant focus on local exploration and the very deep Red Bore DHEM hole (2.4km).
SFR just need to find approx 6 months (with some slack) supply for a seamless transition to the T3 Mine (which may include the shallow, high grade A4 resource, the update of which is due this Quarter.
Reading between the lines they seem confident they'll be able to fill the production gap:
