Following hopefully not too far behind that is the final road design approval, which i believe is the lesser demanding of the two. The environmental approval is the big one. Considering the same department that was responsible for the projects environmental approval is now responsible for the road environmental approval, you would think common sense would prevail and they would be willing to compliment one with the other.
I mean, who wouldnt want a free road, hey?
